The music of Dai Fujikura, the 27-year-old Japanese-born composer whose work has been honored with awards such as the Claudio Abbado Composition Prize, the Toru Takemitsu Award, and the International Contemporary Ensemble’s 2004 21st Century Young Composers Competition, will be paired with the photography of French-born artist Magali Nougarede.

These two artist-expatriates, both living in England, are both on the brink of major international careers. ICE is proud to present their respective New York City debuts in this exciting season opener.
