International Contemporary Ensemble

ICE is featured at ISSUE Project Room's Gaudeamus Muziekweek New York, playing music of Dutch composers Michel Van der Aa, Peter Adriaansz and Iannis Kyriakides. This concert of recent chamber music for flute, cello, percussion, piano and electronics shows off the vibrant and vital spirit of new music in the Netherlands as showcased by the annual Gaudeamus Muziekweek.

This is ICE's first performance at ISSUE's new 110 Livingston concert space in downtown Brooklyn.

    Gaudeamus Muziekweek NYC [Preview]

    The Gaudeamus Muziekweek -- a four-day contemporary music festival featuring new music by emerging composers from around the world -- will make its New York debut at ISSUE Project Room’s new home in Downtown Brooklyn. On Friday January 27th, ICE joins Ensemble MAE to perform works by three leading Dutch composers: Yannis Kyriakides, Peter Adriaansz, and Michel Van der Aa.
